At B' Beauty Care, we understand that there may be times when you are unable to keep your booking. In consideration of other clients and your therapist, we kindly ask that at least 24 hours notice or minimum of 3 hours cancellation notice be given.

Without adequate notice a service fee of 50% of the services booked, or a ‘no show’ will be charged or your gift voucher made void. As a common courtesy please provide us with 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. If less than 3 hours notice is given you may be asked to pay for a cancellation fee of up to 50% of your booking.

* Please note that bookings must be at least 1 day in advance.

After you choose a date & time, you will create an account with your details and complete the booking.

Your email address and password will then allow you to review, change and add appointments.
